Exercise can be a huge help when it comes to your mental health. This Mental Health awareness week, why not sign up to a new challenge? Whatever your current level of physical activity you can try this FREE programme to work your way up to running 5 kilometres in just 10 weeks. The programme consists of 3 runs a week. Two of the runs are a group activity – led by one of CCCU Sport’s qualified run leaders. Each of the runs will take place on Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes at 2pm between October and December. One run is self directed.
