Lunch-time meditation classes at Rochester House

Looking for some peace, relaxation and inspiration?  Free short meditation sessions take place on the first and third Mondays of the month in Rochester House, Canterbury (12.15-12.45pm, RH1.13).  Students and staff welcome, no experience necessary.

Some of the benefits from meditation: decrease in restless thinking; increased ability to solve complex problems; improved learning ability and memory; gives composure to act in considered & constructive ways, leads to a deeper level of physical relaxation… And many, MANY more!
